Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Cold Chain Logistics & Claims Customer Experience Intern for 6 months in Turkey. You will support the Cargo Claims team, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, and assist with surveys, documentation, and reporting.

The role offers exposure to reefer operations within a global logistics environment. Ideal candidates are new graduates or 4th-year undergraduates available to work at least four days per week, with strong organizational and communication skills and

Responsibilities

  • Support the Cargo Claims team in delivering a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate end-to-end cargo claims with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with survey organization, system updates, documentation, and reporting
  • Handle cargo claims queries promptly and professionally
  • Build relationships with local, regional, and global claims teams
  • Understand customers' business drivers and service expectations
  • Assist with coordination and issue tracking across shipments in CCL
  • Gain exposure to reefer operations and collaborate with internal teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the Cargo Claims team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience
  • Gets involved in the end-to-end cargo claims lifecycle by coordinating closely with customers and relevant internal stakeholders
  • Supports cargo claims specialists with survey organization, system updates, documentation follow-up, and reporting
  • Handles and follows up on cargo claims queries in a timely and structured manner
  • Builds effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including local, regional, and global claims teams
  • Develops a solid understanding of customers’ business drivers, needs, and service expectations
  • Supports Cold Chain Logistics (CCL) operations by assisting with coordination, follow-up, and issue tracking across relevant shipments
  • Gains exposure to reefer operational processes and collaborates with internal teams to support smooth execution and customer communication in CCL-related cases
