Job summary

Fraport TAV Antalya Airport is seeking an IT Service Management Assistant Manager (ITSM) to join the IT Directorate. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, continuity, and performance of critical airport systems.

You will lead IT operations, coordinate maintenance with internal teams and vendors, and manage 24/7 support to uphold high availability. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in a related field, has 10+ years in IT operations (aviation preferred), and demonstrates strong IT,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of IT operations experience, preferably in aviation or large-scale operations.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and networks.
Experience in leading a 24/7 operations team.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 information security standards.
Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of critical airport systems (FIDS, CUPPS, BHS, BRS, GOS, Local DCS).
Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and vendors.
Ensure effective IT assets management (hardware, software, licenses, spare parts).
Lead end-user support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor network/system performance and manage incidents for service continuity.
Lead IT support team in a 24/7 shift environment and drive performance.
