Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial)
10+ years of team lead/management experience
Background in automated handling systems or capital goods industries
Proven work experience as operations and maintenance manager or similar role
Excellent English and Turkish language skills
Experience with service contracts and managing third-party providers

Responsibilities

Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure for the baggage handling system
Formulate strategy, improve performance, and ensure compliance
Mentor and develop the operations & maintenance team
Hire training staff and manage 24/7 airport operations
Lead contract management, budgeting, and reporting
Drive continuous improvement and collaboration with sales and service teams
Monitor KPI performance and financial profitability
