Sneaks Up, a nationwide sports retailer and part of Ünal Group, seeks an IT Project Executive to coordinate and deliver technology initiatives across Retail, Logistics, Finance and HR. You will translate business needs into actionable plans, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive process optimization and AI-powered improvements.

Strong collaboration with vendors and stakeholders is essential. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in IT PM/BA roles, exposure to ERP/WMS/POS projects, and

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT Project Management, Business Analysis, IT Business Partnership, or similar roles.
• Experience managing IT projects involving ERP, WMS, POS, and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of retail, logistics, finance, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and software development lifecycles.

As an IT Project Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering technology projects across Ünal Group's business functions, including Retail Operations, Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, and other corporate departments.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, software vendors, and technology partners to translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.

Your role will involve managing projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and planning to implementation, testing, and go-live, while identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI-driven innovation.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, IT Business Partnership, or similar roles,
• Experience in managing IT projects involving ERP, WMS, POS, and enterprise applications,
• Good understanding of retail, logistics, finance, and supply chain processes,
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and software development lifecycles,
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders,
• Strong project planning, coordination, risk management, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications,
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms,
• Interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation,
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail technology ecosystems and omnichannel operations,
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Nebim V3, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics,
• Experience in digital transformation, process automation, RPA, or AI-related projects,
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT projects across Retail, Logistics, Finance, HR, and other business functions,

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digitalization, automation, and system enhancements,
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities,
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery,
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and automation technologies in business processes,
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop AI-driven use cases and proof of concepts (POCs),
• Ensure proper project documentation, knowledge transfer, and alignment with business objectives and IT standards.
