Job summary

Soho House is seeking an IT Manager to lead our in-house IT operations for members, guests, and staff. You will address IT issues, manage hardware/software, and oversee network security and AV setup.

The role requires 5+ years in IT leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth technology across venues. You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Professional education in computer science or related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of working experience in a similar IT/Manager role.
• Very good IT-skills in Microsoft Office.
• Very good English language skills.
• Must be technically competent with the ability to address company ICT, network, and AV needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists members, guests, and clients with IT issues/needs.
• Manages and monitor in house equipment and usage.
• Maintain safety standards and identify safety needs and hazards of the department.
• Manages e-mail accounts for new hires and terms as well as manage security rights on email distribution groups and shared drives.
• Manages all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure basic knowledge and troubleshooting.
