Job summary

Tiryaki Agro, a leading global agricultural supply chain company, seeks an IT Governance/Process Improvement Specialist in Istanbul. You will manage authorization processes in Dynamics 365, support IT projects, and drive process optimization in a complex enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree, 2–3 years in IT governance or PM, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with IT vendors and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from relevant engineering departments.
Proficient in English (written and spoken) for documentation, meetings, and vendor communication.
Preferably 2–3 years of experience in IT Governance, process improvement, or project management.
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, BPM methodologies.
Knowledge or experience with Xurrent ITSM tool.
Experience with Paperwork BPM applications.
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, DevOps, Xurrent).
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferably knowledgeable in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Ability to actively participate in communication and coordination with IT vendors.
Strong analytical thinking; detail-oriented in reporting and documentation.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct process management and process improvement initiatives.
Manage authorization processes in Dynamics 365.
Support execution of newly initiated or ongoing projects and improvement requests in line with company strategy and IT governance principles.
Contribute to project prioritization and importance assessment; performing process- and project-based categorization.
Support the monitoring of request, incident, problem, and change management processes via ITSM.
Contribute to the creation, update, and improvement of process flows via BPM tools.
Support the monitoring of project scope, schedule, cost, and resource utilization.
Contribute to coordination among interdependent and interacting IT projects.
Tracking and reporting project and process performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify project risks and communicate them to relevant project leaders and managers.
Prepare project progress reports and reporting to management.
Carrying out documentation activities to support corporate knowledge.
Ensure operational communication with IT vendors and supporting process and performance tracking.
Develop improvement initiatives and alternative solutions to increase efficiency through analysis of process and project management metrics.
