Job summary

TEB is seeking an IT Continuity and Process Management Specialist to oversee IT Service Management, Continuity & Resilience, and governance processes in a bank environment. The role requires coordinating with technical and business teams, managing SLAs, and driving ITIL/COBIT-based improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management, SAM, and Service Management, plus English proficiency and familiarity with basic infrastructure components.

Qualifications

• BSC degree in Industrial Engineering, Electric and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant fields.
• 3 years of experience in Change Management, SAM, Service Management, Continuity Management or ITIL process improvement.
• Good level of English language.
• Basic knowledge on infrastructure like networks, databases, firewalls, proxies, operating systems.

Responsibilities

• IT Service Management: manage, negotiate and track SLAs with internal teams, subsidiaries and vendors; monitor and report on under-target positions and ensure proper monitoring structure for services; define KPIs and drive continuous service improvement via SRE practices.
• IT Continuity & Resilience: manage IT continuity strategies and dashboards; follow governance rules; identify and mitigate gaps; prepare and run disaster recovery exercises and update continuity procedures.
• IT Process Management & Governance: implement ITIL/COBIT-compliant processes to improve quality and performance; align with group governance; re-engineer as-is processes with Lean Methodology; oversee Change Management, Technology Management, Software Asset Management, and Problem Management.

IT Continuity and Process Management Specialist

The description of the role:

The role has three main responsibilities;

IT Service Management

• The role is responsible for managing, negotiating and tracking service level agreements (internal, subsidiaries, vendors),
• Responsible for monitoring service levels closely, negotiating its under-target positions with the related technical teams and reporting their actions,
• Responsible to ensure a proper monitoring structure for the services,
• Responsible to ensure a proper IT Service Catalogue Management,
• Responsible for defining business and technical level KPIs, reporting their realizations,
• Responsible for running continuous service improvement and implementing SRE methodologies.

IT Continuity & Resilience

• Responsible for managing the IT Continuity strategies and plans in comply with the Bank's business continuity strategies and IT continuity framework,
• Responsible for managing and following the IT Continuity dashboard and implementing the related governance rules,
• Responsible for tracking and mitigating gaps within IT Continuity setups or relevant assets,
• Responsible for preparing the disaster recovery exercise plans, performing the disaster recovery exercises periodically, reporting the results and following its actions,
• Responsible for keeping all IT Continuity procedure and processes up-to-date.

IT Process Management & Governance

• Responsible for implementing the IT processes according to the ITIL, COBIT, etc. in order to increase the quality, performance and effectiveness,
• Responsible to implementing the group governance model and following its actions,
• Responsible for re-engineering as-is processes with Lean Process Methodology,
• Responsible for managing IT processes like Change Management, Technology Management, Software Asset Management, Problem Management.

Qualifications and experience required to perform job:

• BSC degree in Industrial Engineering, Electric and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant fields,
• 3 years of experience in relevant areas such as Change Management, SAM, Service Management, Continuity Management or ITIL process improvement,
• Good level of English language,
• Have basic knowledge on the infrastructure such as network, databases, firewall, proxy, operating systems, etc,
• Close working relationship with technical and business teams,
• Knowledge/certifications of standards like ITIL or COBIT is a plus,
• Works effectively in a changing environment.
