Job summary

Vodafone Turkey is seeking an entry-level Internal Controls Analyst to support risk assessments and control testing. You will review business processes, identify control gaps, and coordinate corrective actions across teams. The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel-based reporting, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit will fit well. A hybrid work setup and private health insurance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Familiarity with internal control, risk, compliance or audit is preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based reviews of business processes and assess internal controls.
• Identify control deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Monitor compliance with policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain risk and control matrices and documentation.
• Escalate significant deficiencies and coordinate with process owners.
