You will support reviews, document processes, and help prepare management reports while collaborating with multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, MIS or a related discipline.
• Interested in internal control, audit, risk management and governance.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support internal control reviews and testing activities across business processes.
• Assist in identifying control gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Help document processes, risks, controls and test results.
• Follow up on agreed corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Analyse data to identify control exceptions and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with different business functions and external parties.
• Contribute to internal control projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and information security requirements.
