Job summary

Vodafone in Turkey is seeking a proactive student or recent graduate to explore internal control, risk management and governance within a global telecoms leader. You will support reviews, document processes, and help identify improvement opportunities while learning from cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in a related field; internship considered.
• Interest in internal control, audit, risk management and governance.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support internal control reviews and testing across business processes.
• Assist in identifying control gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Document processes, risks, controls and test results.
• Follow up on corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
• Analyze data to identify control exceptions and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with different business functions and external parties.
• Contribute to internal control projects and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and information security requirements.

What You'll Do

• Support internal control reviews and testing activities across business processes
• Assist in identifying control gaps and improvement opportunities
• Help document processes, risks, controls and test results
• Follow up on agreed corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Support the preparation of management reports and presentations
• Analyse data to identify control exceptions and emerging risks
• Collaborate with different business functions and external parties
• Contribute to internal control projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and information security requirements

Who You Are

• Bachelor's student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, MIS or a related discipline
• Interested in internal control, audit, risk management and governance
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn
• Good command of written and spoken English
