Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S in Türkiye is seeking an Internal Audit specialist to conduct end-to-end audits in line with the approved plan and report to the Internal Audit Manager.

You will perform process and investigations, present risk‑mitigation actions to top management, follow up on corrective actions, and help strengthen internal controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in multinational companies.
• Experience in investigations and process audits is a plus.
• CIA or CPA certifications are considered a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end audits in line with the approved audit plan.
• Carry out fraud/irregularity investigations and report results to top management.
• Present audit results and risk‑mitigation actions to top management with process owners.
• Follow up on action plans to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Align with international internal audit standards and develop recommendations.
• Identify and evaluate enterprise risks and establish preventive internal controls.
• Conduct examinations and recommendations for efficient use of resources.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end audit activities in line with the approved audit plan or specific assignments and will report to the Internal Audit Manager.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Conducting process and continuous audits in line with the annual internal audit plan,
• Carrying out fraud/irregularity investigations and reporting the results to the top management,
• Creating audit results and improvement suggestions in agreement with the relevant process owners, presenting them to top management periodically together with appropriate risk‑mitigation actions,
• Following up on action plans to ensure the timely and adequate implementation of corrective actions,
• Following international internal audit standards and new practices and developing recommendations for current studies to increase the internal audit function of the organization,
• Identifing and evaluating risks across the enterprise, establish preventive internal control systems to prevent all kinds of risks,
• Conducting examinations and making recommendations in terms of effective, economical and efficient use of resources.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably within multinational companies; experience in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries is considered an asset,
• Preferably experienced in investigations and process audits,
• SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Good command of MS Office programs; experience in data analysis and awareness of information security and IT environments are a plus,
• CIA or CPA certifications are considered a plus,
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
