Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Turkey is seeking a proactive student to join the Retail Marketing Team, taking ownership of your own future in commercial planning and development with us.

This 11-month internship offers hands-on involvement in category projects, data analysis, updating product databases, supporting customer presentations and merchandising materials, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Active university student (preferably engineering, commercial, economical or related field; 3rd/4th year).
• Strong sales and customer relations understanding.
• High analytical skills to analyze data and suggest solutions.
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Available at least 3 days per week; hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Management projects.
• Support Customer Engagement process.
• Use information systems and business analytics tools to support decisions.
• Update products database for all Colgate-Palmolive categories.
• Support customer presentations.
• Update merchandising materials.

About Internship

Join Colgate Palmolive Turkey, become a part of the Retail Marketing Team, take ownership of your own future in the area of commercial planning and develop with us!

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting Category Management projects
• Supporting Customer Engagement process
• Using the latest information systems and business analytical tools (Customer data) to support decision-making processes
• Updating products database for all Colgate-Palmolive categories
• Supporting Customer Presentations
• Updating Merchandising materials

Qualifications

• Must be active University Student (preferred engineering, commercial, economical or related area with especially 3rd and 4th year)

Key Requirements:

• Good understanding of sales and customer relations processes coming from studies or previous internships or experiences
• High analytical skills to be able to look at data, compare results and suggest solutions based on Your findings
• Very good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations
• At least 3 days of availability to work in a single week under Hybrid model
• Excellent communication skills to manage numerous contacts both inside and outside the company, ask questions, give straight and open opinions or push Your agenda
• Advanced MS Office knowledge including managing larger amount of data in MS Excel
• Independent, willing to learn from the team and willing to take on challenges
