Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support the Corporate Banking team in market research, client activity follow-up, and reporting. You will assist in KYC and due diligence, manage the client database, and produce internal materials for presentations and client communications, collaborating with RM colleagues to ensure timely delivery.

Strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and ability to navigate regulatory requirements are essential for success in this role

Qualifications

  • Financial Analysis experience is expected.
  • Financial modelling skills are required.
  • Accounting knowledge is expected.

Job description

  • Market research & Business Analysis: Conduct market, company and sector research, monitor relevant market developments, review press coverage and prepare summaries and preliminary analysis to support the team’s business and client related activities.
  • Client Activity Follow-up: Support the team in following up ongoing client activities, including internal processes, correspondence, information flows, pending requirements, and outstanding action items
  • Reporting & Client Presentations & Internal Materials: Support RM team in preparing PowerPoint presentations, reports, tables and other relevant documentation required for the business and internal purposes.
