Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering; Master's in HR discipline preferred.
• 7-8 years of professional HRBP experience in high-velocity environments.
• Experience supporting functional leaders in a complex, matrix organization.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach, and develop employees.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnering to business leaders in Human Pharma functions, interpreting HR policies.
• Advise on performance management, employee engagement, and capacity planning.
• Lead recruitment consultation and talent onboarding processes.
• Deliver analyses to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits initiatives and reporting.
