Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in process development and analysis, preferably in insurance industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Individual Pension System (IPS) processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate business needs into process maps.
• Prepare test scenarios and perform test activities.
• Coordinate to ensure timely delivery of projects.
