Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to perform root cause analysis and translate insights into outcomes.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and interest in AI-enabled process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between IT and business teams to align on process improvements and tech solutions.
• Create and document business process models, requirements, and system impact analyses.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications with clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate between process owners, IT teams, and process development functions.
• Contribute to process improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Coordinate simulations, optimization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
