Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Lead to drive end-to-end initiatives across servers, storage, virtualization, data centers and cloud environments. This role is based in Turkey and requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, risks, and timelines with strong governance and stakeholder communication.

Strong compute infrastructure expertise across servers, virtualization, storage, DCs, and cloud.
Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.
Strong compute infrastructure experience across servers, virtualization, storage, DCs, and cloud.
Coordinate infrastructure, engineering, vendors, and technical teams throughout delivery.
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Drive infrastructure migrations, upgrades, deployments, and transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of compute, networking, cloud, security, and enterprise infra.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
