Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned IT project manager with over 6 years of experience to oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives. You will manage multiple streams, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and drive project execution using MS Project.

Responsibilities include preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and ensuring change management processes across multi-site programs. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of servers/hardware and operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of network components (Switches, Routes, APs, Gateways, LAN/WAN).
• Experience with third-party product suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ability to prepare required project documents with technical teams.
• Expert skill in Microsoft Project to drive project execution.
• Experience making executive level PowerPoint presentations and project status reports.
• Strong change management and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in all project life cycle phases.
• Manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, multi-site projects, scope changes and risk.
• Stakeholder, people management, coaching and leadership skills.
• Vendor management & procurement for global projects.
• Good understanding of Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to small IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders to ensure milestones.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports for leadership.
• Drive project execution using Microsoft Project and other tools.

Experience: 6 + years

Knowledge of project management methodology to manage medium and small projects.

Experience in delivering end to end IT infrastructure projects.

Knowledge on different type of servers/hardware’s and operating systems.

Basic Knowledge on network component, Switches/routes/Access points/Gateways/LAN/WAN

Experience on working with third party products suppliers to understand technology and drive down costs and improve efficiencies.

Experience on working with multiple stake holder, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.

Able to work with technical teams to prepare required project documents.

Expert skill in Microsoft Project to drive project execution

Experience in making executive level power point presentations and project status reports (Weekly/Monthly progress and status reports.)

Good change management and leadership skills.

Proven track record and experience in all project life cycle phases
