Job summary

TAV Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to support backup, virtualization, and private cloud environments. You will work on data protection, server hardware, and storage, contributing to the AI and cloud initiatives.

You will manage Veeam backup jobs, VMware/vSphere, VCF, and HPE Morpheus, perform tests, plan capacity, and document procedures. A 3+ year background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Infrastructure Administrator experience.
• Graduated from Computer, Electronics or related departments.
• Certifications such as VCP-VCF, VCP-DCV, VMCE, HPE VmE, Azure.
• Basic knowledge of cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, root-cause-oriented approach
• Clear communicator, able to work with internal teams, customers, and vendors
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn new technologies
• Team players are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment
• Interest in, or hands-on experience with, open-source infrastructure tools and technologies
• Contribute to infrastructure design and sizing for new projects and customer tenders

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and optimize backup and recovery solutions, primarily Veeam Backup & Replication
• Manage backup jobs, proxies, repositories (including immutable/hardened repositories), replication, and backup copy jobs
• Perform regular restore tests and ensure RPO/RTO and retention policy compliance
• Support disaster recovery planning and DR tests
• Troubleshoot backup failures and performance issues, and work with vendors on support cases
• Support the operation of VMware vSphere / VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments
• Contribute to VCF Automation, VCF Operations, and HPE Morpheus operations
• Administer Virtualization Platforms (VCF environments, Hyper-V, Nutanix, HPE VmE) including lifecycle management and upgrades
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware (HPE ProLiant, Synergy, iLO, DELL iDRAC)
• Support enterprise storage (HPE Alletra, Primera, Nimble) and hyperconverged platforms (VMware vSAN)
• Handle hardware lifecycle, firmware updates, and vendor RMA processes
• Monitor infrastructure and backup health, and respond to alerts
• Track software licenses and support contracts (Veeam, VMware/Broadcom, HPE, Microsoft)
• Contribute to capacity planning, especially for backup storage and repository growth
• Perform capacity planning and trend analysis for compute, storage, and backup; provide input to CAPEX/OPEX planning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
• Required technical knowledge to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network and systems infrastructure

As an Infrastructure Administrator, you will take on a role in infra and cloud projects. You will utilize infra technologies to develop new products and services, manage data analysis and model training processes, and determine the company's artificial intelligence strategy.

Requirements:

Backup & Data Protection (core focus)

• Design, operate, and optimize backup and recovery solutions, primarily Veeam Backup & Replication
