Bank of China Turkey in Çankaya is seeking a skilled IT Operations professional to manage Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, and group policies. The role covers backup, disaster recovery testing, Exchange mailbox management, and network security management in a dynamic banking setting.

The candidate should hold a CS degree, have 3+ years in IT operations, experience with ITSM tools, and strong English communication. Multitasking across complex projects is essential.

• Sufficient knowledge of IT Operations understanding policy, processes, procedures and systems deployed
• Good understanding of network hardware, software, disaster recovery principles, communication technologies and general IT Operations principles
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s operations
• Concrete experience in Database management

• Strong analytical skills to assess situations quickly, their impact and options for resolution
