Job summary

Kastamonu Entegre is seeking a Foreign Trade and Logistics Operations Specialist to join the Global Supply Chain team in Istanbul. You will manage import/export documentation, LC processing, and logistics coordination for both local and overseas operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade or related fields, at least 3 years in import/export, strong English, and SAP reporting skills to support compliance and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• 3+ years of work experience in import and export operations.
• Experience with customs documentation, knowledge of international trade terms and requirements.
• Experience in processing letters of credits and documentary collections is a must.

Responsibilities

• Process letters of credit and documentary collections.
• Coordinate import payment, insurance, and shipping requests.
• Handle export documentation, customs compliance, and system operations.
• Complete logistics operations.
• Close export commitment credits.
• Monitor import/export regulations.
• Submit quota and dumping applications in imports.
• Submit permits and document applications used in customs procedures for all import/export processes.
• Perform tasks for overseas subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly reports.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Foreign Trade and Logistics Operations Specialist” in Global Supply Chain team. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Processing letters of credits and documentary collections.
• Performing payment, insurance, and shipping organization requests in all import transactions.
• Completing insurance and shipping organization requests for export operations; completing documentation, customs, and system operations in compliance with domestic and international regulations.
• Completing logistics operations.
• Handling the closure of export commitment credits.
• Monitoring import and export regulations.
• Submitting applications for quota and dumping procedures in imports.
• Submitting permits and document applications used in customs procedures for all import and export processes.
• Performing necessary tasks for overseas subsidiaries.
• Preparing monthly reports.
