Job summary

Cencora is seeking warehousing professionals in Turkey to perform inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities with emphasis on accurate inventory movements and traceability.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years in warehouse operations; CSCP certification is a plus. The position is full-time and on-site, with opportunities to work with modern warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or a related field required.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting product descriptions, names, and shelf labels.
• Knowledge in basic mathematics.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Knowledge in distribution center workflow.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Knowledge in basic computer operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to solve routine operational problems.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, picker machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound activities per operating requirements.
• Validates inventory transactions, stock counts, and material movements to sustain traceability and inventory accuracy.
• Organizes storage locations, stock rotation, and replenishment to improve flow efficiency.
• Handles packaging preparation, conditioned materials, labeling, and shipment support tasks to meet transport requirements.
• Resolves routine operational exceptions involving stock discrepancies, shortages, and order issues through timely follow-up.
• Operates warehouse systems, scanning tools, and approved equipment to support safe and controlled execution.
