Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu Anonim Sirketi is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound and outbound material flows, ensure accurate documentation, and support temperature-controlled storage and shipping operations. Responsibilities

• Processes inbound products, packaging materials, and return assets by verifying, recording, and placing materials in assigned locations.
• Prepares outbound orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials in accordance with shipment requirements.
• Monitors packaging components, gel packs, and reusable assets to maintain replenishment readiness.
• Handles temperature-controlled materials, dry ice, and replenishment activities to preserve storage and transit conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and shipment documentation in operating systems and logs.

• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and warehouse equipment usage requirements.
• Knowledge in product identification, material segregation, and organized storage principles.

• Ability to follow standardized warehouse procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records in warehouse systems and operational logs.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged materials, and shipment exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support order preparation and material movement within established timelines.
• Ability to handle routine manual and system-based warehouse tasks with consistency and accuracy.
