Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field is required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock movement, and material traceability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment prep.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route per procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe, efficient flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.

Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow. Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity. Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials. Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools. Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs. Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action. Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities. Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
