Job summary

Etstur, a leading travel and tourism company in Türkiye, is seeking a software support professional to join our tech-enabled platform. You will handle live-system requests, prioritize issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities include tracking errors in Jira, performing system checks, and ensuring smooth communication across units. Hybrid work is offered, with a preference for candidates living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the field of software support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer, software, electric-electronic or similar engineering departments.
• Strong ability to track and finalize tasks.
• Strong communication skills to ensure coordination between teams.
• Experienced in software testing.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for issue analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with applications such as SQL, Kibana, Jira.
• Adaptable to flexible working hours.
• For male candidates, completion of military service or at least 2 years of postponement.
• Willing to work with the hybrid method, therefore preferably living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Responsibilities

• Meeting the problem requests from live systems.
• Prioritizing the incoming problems, investigating and identifying their source.
• Providing solutions to problems that do not require software development.
• Coordinating with responsible teams to resolve error requests, malfunctions, and system outages that require software development.
• Reporting and tracking errors through Jira.
• Performing general system tests to verify the effectiveness of provided solutions.
• Coordinating with business units, transmitting error/solution details and conducting user acceptance tests.
• Monitoring and responding to error requests outside of working hours according to the shift system.
