Job summary

GE Aerospace Türkiye is seeking a Senior Supplier Account Manager to drive supplier selection, negotiations and contract execution for key accounts. You will manage supplier relationships and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong supplier management, negotiation, and project leadership, with travel up to 25% and on-site work in Istanbul/Eskisehir as needed. A senior commercial operations background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/ Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Management.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts with external suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong communication, leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Progress supplier selection, proposals and quotes, quote analysis and negotiations.
• Lead long-term contract activity and award contracts for assigned suppliers.
• Manage supplier order health and relate commercial decisions for accounts.
• Collaborate with supplier teams and procurement operations to ensure compliance.
• Triages supplier questions and lead related projects requiring supplier engagement.
• Travel up to 25% and work on-site in Eskisehir and Istanbul as needed.
