Nagase Europa GmbH, European subsidiary of the Nagase Group, seeks a Junior Sales Manager for chemical raw materials based in Istanbul, Türkiye. You will develop existing accounts, win new customers, and drive business growth in Türkiye and international markets, with a focus on paints, coatings, inks, resins, and adhesives.

The role requires at least 5 years of direct chemical raw materials sales experience, Turkish and English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemistry/engineering/business field
• 5+ years direct sales in chemical raw materials mandatory
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in B2B sales and new business acquisition
• Knowledge of chemical raw materials: monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, additives
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing customer accounts and acquire new customers.
• Develop sales of chemical raw materials (monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, hardeners, additives).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Türkiye and international markets (including Africa).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and Nagase Group companies.
• Coordinate quotations, orders, deliveries, and import/export documentation.
• Negotiate terms and manage offers per Incoterms.
• Collaborate with international suppliers and customers on new product opportunities.
