Job summary

ABB is seeking a Sales Support professional to back the Sales organization through the proposal process. You will prepare technical descriptions of applied products and technology, determine costs, and serve as a key technical resource in the MV/LV distribution networks.

The role is hybrid; you will identify customer needs, position ABB’s Digital, Advisory, and Service portfolio to improve asset performance, reliability and efficiency, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and help forecast orders

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of sales support experience.
• Experience with low voltage & medium voltage switchgear systems.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales organization through the proposal process.
• Prepare technical descriptions and quotations (STD & CTO offers).
• Identify customer needs and position ABB solutions.
• Qualify incoming leads and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain Installed Base data in ServIS and CRM.
• Deliver accurate order forecasting with high accuracy.
