Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Software Architect to lead design and architecture across delivery projects in Istanbul hybrid work setup. You will guide teams, engage clients, and shape AI-ready architectures, data pipelines, and integrations while staying current with cloud and AI trends.

Required experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, and strong leadership. Fluent English and a degree in CS/Engineering are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software architect.
• Cloud technologies including Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Kotlin or JavaScript.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, networking, and integration.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Understanding of containers and microservices.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC tools.
• Experience with AI integration and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, SageMaker) and vector databases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs to define system specifications.
• Lead the technical solution design and architecture of delivery projects.
• Engage with clients during delivery projects and proposals.
• Communicate system requirements to software teams.
• Evaluate and select software/tech; propose integration methods and cloud services.
• Oversee projects, conduct code reviews, and guide team members.
• Ensure implementation of proposed architecture and infrastructure.
• Oversee systems to meet user needs and business goals.
• Keep up to date with trends and technologies.
• Occasional client visits to Europe.
• Evaluate and architect AI integration opportunities.
• Design AI-ready system architectures and data pipelines.
• Define API contracts and infrastructure.
