lumaq invites an AI Engineering Manager to lead the technical architecture of our autonomous software development platform and to serve as the strategic technical voice in front of Fortune 500 executives.

You will balance hands-on technical leadership with C-suite communication, mentoring the team and articulating complex AI architectures to CTOs and CIOs. The role emphasizes on-premise security, multi-agent orchestration, and scalable design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Engineering and AI
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proven ability to engage with C-level technical decision-makers
• Hands-on agentic AI experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction and mentorship to the engineering team
• Represent platform capabilities before Fortune 500 CTOs/CIOs
• Design production-grade multi-agent systems and workflows
• Ensure secure operation in air-gapped/on-premise environments with enterprise stacks
