Job summary

Prometa.ai is actively seeking an AI Architect to lead scalable AI infrastructures, bridging research with enterprise deployment. You will design end-to-end LLM solutions, including RAG, tool-calling, and multi-agent workflows, while ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient on-premise deployments.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, create POC-to-production roadmaps, and mentor engineering teams to deliver robust AI platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 6+ years in software, data, or ML with 2+ years in production LLM/ML systems.
• Proven design and deployment of end-to-end GenAI systems.
• Advanced Python with FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong LLM engineering with prompts, embeddings, chunking, vector DBs, reranking, tool calling, and guardrails.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience deploying LLMs in private infra using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Ability to explain decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Solution Discovery & Design with input from business and IT teams.
• Agentic AI Architecture using RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent workflows.
• On-Premise AI Architecture for private and closed networks.
• POC-to-Production delivery with roadmap and architecture.
• Enterprise integration with legacy and cloud-native systems.
• Observability, evaluation, and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Security & compliance with KVKK, BDDK, GDPR, MASAK, PCI-DSS.
• Oversee containerized and GPU-optimized deployments.
• Contribute to Prometa’s Orkestra product architecture.
• Customer engagement, workshops, demos, and technical proposals.
• Mentor engineers and enforce architectural standards.
