You will perform routine pool and spa maintenance, follow safety policies, and comply with all standards. Requires EPA Universal and HVAC certifications, with a valid Driver's License; vocational training preferred.

Qualifications

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and analyze energy usage and maintain plant operations.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperature and energy usage.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or wiring.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
