Job summary

Ricoh is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Take an active role in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and career development.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, mentor managers on HR practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges. What you will be doing

• Taking an active role in processes of recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, career management
• Managing end to end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Taking an active role for people & culture projects, supporting and accomplishing organizational development projects
• Coach and mentor managers on HR practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges and drive continuous improvement

You will ideally have

• Bachelor degree in related fields
• At least 2 years of HR experience especially in similar roles
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Preferably experienced in compensation & benefit process
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Good knowlegde of MS Office tools
• Min. upper intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
