Job summary

Ricoh Turkey is seeking an HR Specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract to support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. You will coach managers, lead HR projects, and collaborate across functions to drive organizational development.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in related fields, 2+ years HR experience, and good English; MS Office proficiency is expected. This is an on-site position based in Turkey, aimed at strengthening people & culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related fields.
• At least 2 years of HR experience esp. in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Preferably experienced in compensation & benefit process.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and result oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Upper intermediate English (written and spoken).

What You Will Be Doing
