Job summary

Aperam Services & Solutions Türkiye is hiring a Health & Safety - Quality - Environment Engineer to lead the Integrated Management System at the Gebze Plant. You will implement ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards, manage HSE policy, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.

The role requires 3–10 years of experience in manufacturing, English proficiency, and willingness to travel within Turkey.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment management in manufacturing.
• English proficiency required (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain Integrated Management System per ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
• Ensure HSE policy goals and corporate standards are achieved.
• Monitor safety plans, promote safe working attitudes, and train staff.
• Coordinate trainings on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment.
• Provide reports to senior management using TPM methods.
• Support customers with quality and claims management; drive CAPA.
• Participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
