Aperam Services & Solutions Türkiye is hiring its Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Engineer at the Gebze Plant to take full responsibility for HSE and Quality Management Systems. The role supports our business to be recognized as a safe, high-quality service provider and an environmentally responsible company, with growth opportunities within a global stainless steel leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering or related field.
3–10 years of professional experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Excellent command of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).

Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 4501, and ISO 14001.
Ensure HSE policy and corporate standards goals are fully achieved.
Monitor safety and loss prevention plans and promote safe working attitudes.
Conduct and coordinate HSE, Quality, and Environment trainings and ensure environmental obligations are met.
Provide regular TPM-based reports to senior management and drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical support to customers and manage supplier quality claims, CAPA activities.
