Job summary

Freudenberg Kapaklı/Tekirdağ is seeking an HSE and Material Compliance Executive to lead regulatory compliance, environmental programs, and safety initiatives. You will coordinate REACH, KKDIK, SDS management, and reporting while ensuring adherence to ISO 14001/45001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in HSE, environmental management, material compliance, or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of REACH, KKDIK, SDS management, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and audits simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as local Material Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate REACH and KKDIK compliance activities.
• Manage supplier declarations, SDS, and regulatory reporting.
• Support material compliance projects aligned with Global standards.
• Oversee occupational safety, environmental legislation, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate external HSE service providers and safety audits.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, incidents investigations, and CAPA follow-up.
• Oversee contractor safety, emergencies, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate training and PPE management.
• Support environmental and sustainability programs, including waste management.
• Represent Freudenberg before authorities and global teams.
• Coordinate Kluber Turkey HSE initiatives through EPN.
