Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Thrace, Türkiye, is seeking a Production Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of crush, refining and bottling, ensuring safe and efficient production. You will support the Plant Manager, drive Operations Excellence, monitor the BPS and Process Safety programs, manage yields, and run daily production meetings to align activities.

What will you be doing as an Production Manager

The incumbent in this is responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of production operation (crush+refining+bottling). Support the Plant Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and driving Operations Excellence Plans to help meet safety, quality, and production goals and show continuous improvement throughout the facility.
• Monitoring the implementation and development of BPS Management System requirements in the production field.
• Overseeing Process Safety Management programs.
• Monitoring and managing product yields.
• Organizing daily production meetings to ensure that the activities of all production operations management are aligned.

What you can bring to the role:

• 10+ years of experience in industrial or chemical engineering and 3-5 years in management positions.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and preferred in engineering or food technology (Masters Degree is a plus)
