Job summary

Pegasus Airlines is seeking an HR Operations Specialist - Disabled to join our Human Resources team in Istanbul. You will support HR Business Partners with correspondence, letters, and filing, while ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on communications.

A medical board report indicating at least 40% disability is required, and the disability degree should be stated in your cover letter. Ideal candidates have a university background, experience in HR processes, and strong planning,

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• Preferably experienced in human resources processes.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective time management, and a good team player.
• Disciplined, highly motivated, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possesses analytical thinking skills.
• Preferably has a good command of English.
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Carry out correspondence, communications, and filing processes related to the activities managed by the Human Resources Business Partners.
• Prepare warning and appreciation letters, and manage the delivery and follow-up of co-mail communications.
• Provide support to Human Resources Business Partners.
• Support other human resources projects as required.

Requirements:
