SC Johnson in Istanbul, Turkey is offering an HR Internship. You will gain hands-on experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, engagement activities, and people-related projects while collaborating with HR teams in Turkey and the wider EMEA region.

The role provides exposure to day-to-day HR operations, enhances employee experience initiatives, and partners with EMEA HR Delivery Center on various HR services.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Turkish and English is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creating internal and external HR events.
• Participate in HR projects (digital, engagement, branding) and own assignments.
• Support onboarding, off-boarding and training processes.
