Job summary

SC Johnson is recruiting an HR Intern in Istanbul to support day-to-day HR operations and employee experience initiatives for Turkey and neighboring regions. You will work with HR professionals and partner teams to drive events, projects, onboarding/offboarding and learning & development tasks.

The role offers exposure to a global HR team, a hybrid work environment, and opportunities to contribute to engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Available to work in a hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with creating internal and external HR events.
• Participating in various HR projects like HR Digital projects, Engagement and Employer Branding as well as own project assignments.
• Support various HR processes regarding employee life cycle such as On-boarding, Off-boarding and Training & Development.
• Cooperating with our EMEA HR Delivery Center: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development.
• Other day-to-day business area scope of responsibilities
