Job summary

Unilever Konya site is seeking an Assistant Collaborative Manufacturing Manager to oversee Co-pack and packing operations near the factory. You will coordinate with service providers and internal planners to balance demand and capacity, driving efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience in team management is preferred.
• 2–3 years in similar roles or equivalent.
• Analytical thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
• Problem solving and customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized under tight timelines.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to flexible conditions.
• Based in Konya or willing to relocate to Konya.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Co-pack/Re-pack facility near the factory.
• Interface between service provider and Unilever.
• Adjust capacity with planners based on demand.
• Lead and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure operations comply with Unilever standards and safety.
• Approve service invoices and report to line manager.
• Provide regular performance updates.
• Support inventory counts monthly and yearly.
• Implement precautions to prevent waste (materials, time).
• Track and report KPIs for operations.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Operational management of Co-pack Re-pack facility nearby the factory
• Interface between service provider company and Unilever
• Flexible management of capacity with planners by considering demand
• Conduct & lead saving activities
• Ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with Unilever standards
• Controls and approves all service invoice drafts and gives report to line manager
• Gives performance updates
• Participating to monthly and yearly inventory counts.
• Taking and implementing necessary precautions in order to prevent all kinds of waste in the area (material, time etc)
• Taking necessary occupational health and safety measures and ensuring that the rules on this issue are followed
• Tracking and reporting KPI’s of operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
