Job summary

Haleon is seeking an HR First Contact Solutions Specialist to act as the first HR contact for employees, delivering timely Tier 1 support via cases, live chat, and email. You will handle inquiries end-to-end and assist with smooth escalations when needed.

You will use Workday and HR technology, align with policies, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of HR experience and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–2 years of work experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for employee HR queries via cases, live chat, and email and provide end-to-end navigation and resolution.
• Manage Tier 1 cases with accurate and timely solutions.
• Upscale complex issues to Tier 2 and ensure smooth transitions and timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Tier 1 processes and automation initiatives.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with employees, Tier 2 Specialists and stakeholders; stay updated on HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform audits (peer reviews) aligned with the location's Quality Framework to ensure service quality.
