MINDPICKED is seeking a Hotel General Manager for a prestigious luxury resort in Türkiye. The role leads all hotel operations to maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Restaurants, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and more to optimize staffing, budgets and brand standards while driving revenue through proactive sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in resort hotels and club hotels with international experience.
• At least 5 years of full-service General Manager experience.
• Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends.
• Strong business acumen in hotel trends.
• Ability to cope with fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
• Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success.
• Thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all aspects of hotel operations meet customer satisfaction standards including cleanliness, maintenance, security, staff professionalism and service.
• Work with leaders of Restaurants, Bars & Events, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Wellness & Spa on manpower, talent development and compensation.
• Overseeing marketing efforts to increase awareness of the hotel brand among potential guests.
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new guests and increase repeat visits.
• Monitoring staff performance to ensure company standards are met.
• Managing proactive sales activities to maximize revenue channels.
• Provide strategic leadership guidance to Executive Committee to ensure smooth hotel operations and uphold service standards.
• Review and manage budget and forecast to maximize business performance.
• Ensure compliance with the Group's guidelines, audit requirements and legislative requirements.
• Ensure proper functioning of hotel systems, equipment, facilities and decor.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all aspects of the hotel operation are meeting customer satisfaction standards, including cleanliness, maintenance, security, staff professionalism, and customer service,
• Work closely with functional leaders of Restaurants, Bars & Events, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Wellness & Spa to ensure proper manpower deployment, talent development and retention as well as competitive compensation package are in place,
• Overseeing marketing efforts to increase awareness of the hotel brand among potential guests,
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new guests and increase repeat visits,
• Monitoring the performance of staff members to ensure they are meeting company standards,
• Managing all aspects of proactive sales activities, ensuring sales resources are used to maximize revenue channels,
• Provide strategic leadership guidance to Executive Committee to ensure smooth hotel operations and uphold hotel service standard,
• Review and manage budget and forecast to maximize business performance,
• Review the operational practice in all areas to ensure compliance with the Group's guideline, audit requirements as well as the legislative requirements,
• Ensure proper functioning of the hotel, system, equipment and facilities as well as the maintenance of decor and furniture.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years' experience of well-established resort hotels, club hotels and seasoned in hotel operations, proven international experience in managing luxury hotels, with exposure to diverse hospitality markets and international standards
• At least 5 years of full-service General Manager experience,
• Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends,
• Strong business acumen in hotel trends,
• Ability to cope with fast paced environment and multi-tasking,
• Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success,
