Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Turkey seeks a Service Product Manager to drive service revenue and growth by executing service business processes and market analysis. The role involves developing customer-focused service offerings, pricing, and contracts, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to grow the in-country service portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing strategies and management in Healthcare or a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration; MBA is an asset
Very good command of English

Responsibilities

Execute all service business management processes to drive service revenue and market growth.
Conduct market analysis and ensure competitive transparency.
Analyze customer base and identify business potential.
Define service portfolio, offerings and pricing.
Manage contracts and quotation for maintenance contracts.
Collaborate with country Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to commercialize service offerings.
Develop market-oriented service offerings, rollout plans, and country product management for service products.
Launch campaigns within the service environment and prepare maintenance price books.
Support maintenance of financial infrastructure for service education products.
