Job summary

Clinicton in Izmir is seeking an experienced Health Tourism Sales Consultant to join our team on-site. You will be the first contact for international patients, presenting personalized treatment options and guiding them through their journeys.

The role requires at least 3 years in health tourism or medical sales, advanced English, excellent communication, and a drive to deliver results. German or Russian language skills are a plus, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in health tourism or medical sales.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to develop professionally and be results-driven.
• Fluency in German or Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-operative communication to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.
• Work closely with doctors, surgeons, and operations teams to coordinate each patient’s treatment journey.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up processes using digital patient management systems.

Clinicton is a leading organization in the field of international health tourism, dedicated to providing patient-centered and high-quality healthcare services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Health Tourism Sales Consultant to join our team at our İzmir office on a full-time, on-site basis.

Position: Health Tourism Sales Consultant

Location: İzmir – Full-time, On-site

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based commission

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for international patients, assessing their needs and presenting personalized treatment options
• Manage pre- and post-operative communication to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience
• Work closely with doctors, surgeons, and operations teams to coordinate each patient’s treatment journey
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment process
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up processes using digital patient management systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in health tourism or medical sales
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility, discipline, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in an additional language such as German or Russian is considered an advantage
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to continuous professional development
