Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Knowledge of actuarial concepts and profitability analysis.
• Progress toward actuarial qualification or completion of at least one actuarial exam preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated AI literacy with ability to use AI-powered tools for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development projects including business case preparation, pricing, profitability analysis, regulatory approvals, and implementation activities.
• Monitor product performance through persistency, claims, and expense analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly experience monitoring reports.
• Support the design of new sales strategies and commission structures.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve product profitability and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Finance, Valuation, and Reinsurance teams to ensure proper risk management.
• Support the development and review of underwriting rules for new and existing products.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on market trends and customer needs.
