Oversee intra-group outsourcing and third-party risk, including due diligence, service performance, concentration risk, contractual controls and exit arrangements.

Work with Finance and Group specialists to develop and oversee capital, liquidity, market, credit and counterparty risk controls proportionate to the local business, including stress testing.

Oversee operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery readiness; challenge critical service dependencies, recovery plans, testing and incident lessons learned.

Assess risks from new products, business changes and emerging crypto market developments; oversee incident and issue escalation and validate effective remediation.

Act as the senior risk contact for local management and relevant regulatory engagement, working with Compliance and Legal; coordinate audit and regulatory findings and ensure timely risk remediation.
