Job summary

OKX Türkiye searches for an experienced risk leader to head the local risk management function, owning the enterprise framework and providing independent oversight. You will advise senior management and the Board on risk exposure, emerging risks and remediation priorities.

You will oversee technology, cybersecurity, data and custody risk, and coordinate with Compliance and Legal across local operations. This role is based in Türkiye with primary responsibilities in risk governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in risk management within financial services or capital markets.
• Experience leading a risk function or owning a risk program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local risk function with independent second-line oversight.
• Maintain enterprise risk framework, policies, and procedures.
• Assess and challenge risk controls, monitor risk indicators and breaches.
• Report risks to senior management, Risk Committee, and Board.
• Oversee technology, cybersecurity, data and custody risk.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal and Finance on risk matters.
• Manage intra-group outsourcing and third-party risk controls.
