Job summary

OKX Türkiye is seeking an experienced risk leader to own the local risk management framework, provide independent oversight, and ensure risks are identified, assessed and remediated in line with Board-approved appetite.

You will advise senior management and the Risk Committee, oversee enterprise, operational and third-party risk, and work with Compliance, Legal and Group functions on regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Must hold Capital Markets Activities Level 3 Licence (SPK) and maintain it.
• Approximately ten years of risk management experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish capital markets and SPK framework.
• Experience in enterprise and operational risk, outsourcing governance, resilience.
• Ability to present to Boards/regulators and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent Turkish and English; Finance/Economics degree; certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local risk function with independent second-line oversight.
• Maintain the enterprise risk management framework, policies and appetite.
• Lead risk assessments and RCSAs with business and Group teams.
• Monitor KPIs, exposures, breaches and remediation priorities.
• Present risk reports to senior management, Risk Committee and Board.
• Oversee regulatory engagement with Compliance and Legal; third-party risk.
